Built on a hybrid scoring stack: Mediapipe geometric landmark detection (468 points, runs locally in your browser) plus qwen3-vl-plus holistic LLM rating, calibrated against r/looksmaxxing PSL standards.
How It Works
- 01Upload one selfie. PNG or JPG, under 10 MB. The image is base64-encoded in memory and never written to disk on our side (SPEC §7.4 privacy red line).
- 02Tick the 18+ checkbox.Required by policy. We don't service minors.
- 03AI analyzes 4 axes.qwen3-vl-plus rates jawline, symmetry, skin, and hair on a 0-10 scale. Mediapipe adds a geometric anchor (canthal tilt, three-thirds, jawline angle, symmetry SSIM) so the score doesn't swing 1.5 points between lighting setups.
- 049-grid hairstyle preview generated. GPT image 2 takes your face and renders 8 hairstyle variations + the original center cell. The 3 highest-predicted styles get the ★ AI PICK badge. Free tier shows static stock thumbnails; paid tier generates the personalized 9-grid with your actual face.
- 05A/B compare mode (optional).Upload a second selfie at a different angle / different style — the AI returns delta scoring on every axis with a winner explanation (“B beats A by 1.2 points, +0.8 from hair / +0.4 from lighting”).
- 06Export the share card. Free tier gets a watermarked card; paid tier gets clean shareable cards for X / Reddit / Discord.

Privacy · No-Store by Design
Most face-rating tools store your photo. We don't. The architecture:
- Upload → photo enters Vercel function memory as base64 string
- Analyze → base64 sent to AI providers (qwen / OpenAI), response returned
- Render → result stored in Upstash Redis with 1-hour TTL; original photo binary cleared from memory
- 1 hour later → KV expires, Redis evicts, nothing left anywhere on our side
